Shabby Mosaic Jean technique on my kiddos jeans

So, getting tired of putting patches on her knees, so found the Shabby Mosaic Jean Technique, purchased the e-book, and tried it on her pants.

I used my Singer Featherweight sewing machine, and it turned out really well!  I wonder how this will work out with my hubs jeans (his rip is at the crotch), hmmmmm.

I bought the instructions from the Brassy Apple Etsy shop.  Love it!
